Iraq: Shelter Now GermanyÂ
Shelter Now Germany is an aid organization whose philosophy is rooted in the desire to provide a safe haven for refugees and asylum-seekers. The foundation operates a refugee camp in northern Iraq where Yazidi refugees live.
Many young women were held captive by ISIS for long periods. Max Brose Hilfe provided a large sum for procuring games and educational materials and improving the food supply.
The initiative came from a Brose employee in Würzburg.
